Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General

1) What documents can you help me obtain?
We assist with:

  • Conviction Certificate (shows existing criminal record)

  • Condemnation/Judgment Confirmation (details of a court decision when required)

  • Expungement Certificate (confirms a past conviction was removed)
We also provide Apostille/Legalization and Certified/Notarized Translations.

2) Who issues these certificates?
Certificates are officially issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia (and, where relevant, coordinated with the competent courts/authorities).

No. The entire process can be done remotely. If any extra authorization is needed, we’ll guide you and provide templates.

  • Police Clearance is typically used to show no criminal record.

  • Conviction Certificate confirms existing records (if any). Some embassies request one or the other—tell us your destination purpose and we’ll advise.

No. A passport is sufficient in most cases.

6) How long is the certificate valid?
Validity is decided by the recipient authority (embassy/employer). Many accept certificates issued within 90 days, but always check their requirement.

7) Can I order for someone else (family member)?
not directly, we mean that you can help technical or financial side, for example pay behalf applicant , but signment and all info should be provided by client directly  to us .

We’ll review eligibility under Georgian law and, if possible, help you obtain an Expungement Certificate.
